Online surveys

Our expert in-house team design and script interactive online surveys that drive participant engagement and deeper insights.

Mustard online research

An increasing proportion of quantitative market research is being conducted online - across all sectors. In the last 2 years we have received more than 100,000 completed surveys online.

Our online surveys are interactive, allowing us to engage participants and gain deeper insights into the topic being researched. All are custom-built, incorporating imagery as required, and are designed and can be branded to client specifications.

We use the Confirmit Horizons multi-mode platform which has been designed specifically for market research and b2b / b2c feedback programmes. Its fully integrated platform allows us to quickly develop, script, and launch our online surveys, accessing respondents via email, website pop-ups or panels, and provides near real time data analysis capabilities.

We have a number of online survey monitoring tools, which allow us to track progress, monitor quotas and view data as it is collected.

We have multi lingual capabilities, 250+ languages are supported, several of which can be assigned to a single survey and collected in the same dataset, meaning faster turnaround on fieldwork and reporting of multi-country studies.

The integrated nature of Confirmit also allows us to provide clients with anything from top-line reports or dash boards to comprehensive client portals with near real time data, transcripts, dynamic analysis and data export facilities including PowerPoint and Excel. Like our surveys, our portals are all custom built and can be branded to specification, including secure logins with customised report content access.

The online survey software we use boasts some of the highest levels of security in the industry, having been tested by leading financial institutions it is Safe Harbour Certified for the European Data Protection Act and SAS 70type II Certified.

We also conduct qualitative research using online channels - for example, see online focus groups and online communities for more information.
