Around 25 years ago when Customer Insight Research Ltd. was founded, the agency’s first client was ICI, followed by organisations such as DuPont, Exxon Mobil, Monsanto, Amoco, BP, Bayer, Huntsman, INEOS, Lanxess, Zeneca, as well as many smaller, specialist chemical and pharma producers.

We have researched the full range of range of polymers and plastics, mature/commodity products and more specialist intermediates used in the pharma and bio-tech sectors. More recently, we are also developing specialism in the area of Biomanufacturing / drug discovery.

Working directly with senior management within our chemicals clients over the last 25 years has given us a real understanding and feel for the key strategic and operational issues affecting their downstream markets – as industries such as construction materials, textiles, automotive, personal care and coatings, for example, have changed, matured and evolved.
