  • Communications research: including TV advertising / Weather Idents, Customer Guide design, offline & online customer magazines
  • Billing: including clarity of billing and usage / perception of inserts
  • Numerous projects / programmes on behalf of UK Police Forces: to inform Policing Plans, to measure satisfaction with services (through surveys and mystery customer research) and to inform communications strategy (e.g. engaging with young people online, through SMS and social media)
