Innovation and Imagineering

We have many B2B and consumer case studies of how we have helped clients develop and deliver new products and services. Our approach is based around a philosophy of structuring innovation processes around customer needs.

We understand and isolate discrete needs and frustrations, and identify opportunities / gaps in the market by using ethnographic  techniques, online communities, video observation, etc.

Internal workshops help us to scope solutions to those needs and opportunities. Further qualitative and quantitative research with customers and prospects develops the solutions into concepts which can be tested on key metrics (i.e. appeal).
