Mustard are delighted to announce the Top 50 Digital Agencies in the North of England for 2022.
This is the 10th year that Mustard has collaborated with Prolific North to compose the Top 50 Digital rankings, an annual league table of the largest and most successful digital agencies in the region.
Each year the list is created using key financial figures such as balance sheet funds, turnover, growth and headcount. All data is verified against Companies House. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supplied us with information this year.

Here are some highlights:
- IDHL Group (the agency consisting of WMG, Ingenuity Digital, NetConstruct and Ampersand) is in pole position, overtaking StickyEyes who previously held the position for six consecutive years. Stickyeyes moves into second position, with Visualsoft in third.
- There are six new entrants on the Top 50 list this year. Jellyfish join in 9th position (having moved from the Top 50 Integrated list) along with Add People (11th), Circus PPC Agency (33rd), Digital Media Team (43rd), Darkhorse (46th) and 6B Digital (47th).
- Fusion Unlimited are the biggest climbers in the rankings this year, jumping from 90th last year to 26th. Other agencies that broke into the Top 50 this year are Bring Digital (40th) and Embryo (42nd).
- Leeds agencies dominate the rankings, with seven of the top ten agencies having offices in Leeds (IDHL Group, StickyEyes, AND Digital, Search Laboratory, Twenty Six Digital, CDS and ICS-digital).
