Emma became part of the Mustard team in September 2022, bringing six years of quantitative and qualitative research knowledge.
Emma has substantial experience in the culture sector, having worked with a number of London Museums and Galleries during her research career; providing them with insights into customer experience, segmentation and exhibition development.
Emma has both quantitative and qualitative experience and is keen to broaden her knowledge across a variety of sectors.
