Since then, he has delivered his expertise to help a vast range of global clients shape the way they run their businesses, building a reputation as a leading authority in customer satisfaction and service quality benchmarking research, particularly in the industrial and distribution sectors.

Over a quarter of a century since starting the business, Ian remains as passionate as ever about driving the continuous growth of Mustard.
