About Nadja

Nadja joined the Mustard team in 2022 as part of our new Graduate intake programme, after graduating from the University of Manchester with a BA(Hons) in Management, Leadership and Leisure.

During her studies, Nadja focused on phenomena within tourism and conducted research into examining the impacts of overtourism in Wales during the COVID summer 2020. Her dissertation focused on tourist experiences and behaviour at dark tourism destinations.

Her passion for research and human behaviour led her to starting a career in market research, alongside her great enthusiasm to continue learning as much as possible.

Currently loving

  • • Sewing & wandering around fabric stores (therefore, inevitably hoarding fabric & haberdashery) • Rowntree’s fruit pastilles ice lollies  • Police interrogation footage analysis videos

Currently sick of

  • • Seeing the prices of groceries (and everything else) rising in real time  • The glorious British ‘summer’ weather • The inaccessibility of some weekend trip destinations due to not owning a car ☹
